Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 6, 2026

OOTDLY ("we", "our", "the app") helps you recreate outfits by identifying garments in images and finding similar products. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

Third-Party Services

To provide its core functionality, OOTDLY shares certain data with third-party services:

Your email, name, and account details are never shared with OpenAI or Google.

AI Data Processing Consent

Before using any AI-powered feature, the app asks for your explicit consent. If you decline, you can still sign in but you won't be able to use the app's core features. You can review or revoke your consent at any time from your profile settings.

Data Retention

Your account data is kept for as long as you have an active account. Outfit images sent to third-party services are not retained by those services beyond the duration of the request.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app. When you delete your account, we permanently remove all your data, including your profile, jobs, uploaded images, and notification history. If you signed in with Apple, your Apple credential is also revoked.

Security

Authentication tokens are stored using the device's secure keychain. All communication between the app and our servers uses HTTPS encryption.

Children's Privacy

OOTDLY is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
